Self-Care: Remembering ‘This is my life!’

The challenges of work and of life in general can be overwhelming. And just as often it is hard to remember to breathe, let alone to take care of ourselves. Exploring the challenges and solutions in an educational and fun way, areas we will explore include:

TOPICS TO BE EXPLORED INCLUDE:

  • Personal Narratives: the stories/beliefs we have about ourselves and our workplace (positive and negative) and how they affect us every day
  • Self Esteem, Healthy Boundaries and ‘Burnout-Proofing’
  • Understanding and Managing Stress: making stress work for you
  • Life Planning, Goal Setting and Time Management: making and keeping room for you
