Managing Conflict Positively – In and Out of the Classroom Workshop
Conflict is normal, in and out of the classroom. We just don’t like it. It can feel more like a battle of wills instead of an opportunity for increased mutual understanding and learning. This workshop will introduce an approach and specific techniques to increase participants’ abilities to manage conflict positively for themselves and their students. Some tools are designed for intervention during class, while others work best in one-to-one discussions.
