Respectful Workplace Workshops
We offer a range of workshops to to help everyone in your workplace understand laws around discrimination and harassment, and increase their sense of respect and inclusion of all employees.
The workplace has become complex as we attempt to create inclusive workplaces for all of our employees. How do we do this? Where are the lines that can’t be (legally) crossed and how do we actually create a workplace that feels respectful for employees? These workshops explore the law related to discrimination and harassment, but equally importantly explore ideas and specific approaches and tools to both prevent harassment and to increase the sense of respect and inclusion for all employees.
Workshops range from individual coaching/training (harassment prevention and postvention) to large group interactive and dialogue-based educational sessions.

A team can be powerful and creative or destructive and stifling. This workshop examines what makes a team effective and provides practical tools to help your team reach its full potential.
